Illumination

“Most new discoveries are suddenly-seen things that were always there. A new idea is a light that illuminates presences which simply had no form before the light fell on them.” — Susan Langer

“…. everything is illuminated in the light of the past. It is always along the side of us, on the inside, looking out.” (extracted from — www.imdb.com)

Pictures taken during blackouts as in electricity power supply being suddenly cut off!  The kids enjoy these blackouts the most. They’d run about looking for their torch-light, gazing at candle lights, etc. Fun for the kids, not for me especially if it’s a prolonged one without any valid reasons like extreme weather i.e. storm, raining cats and dogs!
